On Friday 21 October, one of our Hotel Openings groups was privileged enough to present their final project plan to well-recognized industry professionals. Their plan focused on the pre-opening phase of the Hello Kitty Theme Park Hotel in Sanya. Huge thanks to Ewdin Pun (Director of the Keystone Group), Stephen Luk (Regional Vice President of Design Service ASPAC, and Head of Greater China) and Timothy Bruce (General Manager of Grand Hyatt, Macau).

Our students have been working on this project plan together with our associate lecturer and hotel openings specialist, Mr Gert Noordzij of Northside-Consulting.
