For many hotels around the world, earth day is every day. Sustainability in hotels is becoming a lot more important to hotels due to rising sea levels, higher CO2 levels and the overuse of plastic bottles. Hotels around the world, have decided to increase their efforts to try and be as sustainable as possible. This focus not only needs to be when they are operating, but needs to start from the beginning: When they are being developed. On Tuesday 1 September, to educate Stenden South Africa students, Eric Ricaurte from Greenview shared his knowledge and experience with the students.
